Invited by Vogue Magazine, the “Level Up” hitmaker stole the show in a futuristic ensemble that had everyone talking. Rocking a neon green hooded cape that flowed effortlessly to the floor. Perfectly contrasted by a sleek, metallic gold bodysuit. Ciara took to Instagram, posting a carousel of photos with the caption, “Place Vendôme has been shut down, only Anna Wintour could do this!
