Thrilled at this moment, the mom of four expressed her elation for receiving the heartfelt welcome from the Tisch family. Grateful Ciara dropped the 2 words message in her IG post story caption. “Sweet times”, she wrote, adding multiple heart hands emojis. Initially, fashion and art event curation, LTD, by Lizzie Tisch’s owner, welcomed the popular duo to New York through a post.

Along with sharing the picture, featuring them with Russell and Ciara, they shared this post. “Welcome to NY @ciara and @dangerrusswilson,” Tisch wrote. It showcased the Tisch family’s adoration for the NFL star couple. And their exhilaration is understandable. On Friday, as the singer released her first single, she reflected on her sentiments.  “It’s finally here! ECSTASY is out now! Making this happen was not an easy feat. The formidable duo, well known for their charitable work, raised many a toast with their massive donation. This time, the couple who have been instrumental in raising funds for pediatric cancer research donated the $3 million at the V Foundation for Cancer Research’s Sonoma Epicurean event.

The dedicated board members of the V Foundation, founded in 1993, focus on “Victory Over Cancer” through the sponsorship of innovative research. After acting as a massive fundraiser, Russell Wilson and Ciara made their major announcement through their social media post. “$3 million raised,” Ciara mentioned. “What a blessing to be a part of this magical night. Moments like this mean so much to Russell Wilson and I,” she further added in her X account.

Not only the singer but the V Foundation also highlighted the couple’s great impact, expressing deep thanks to Ciara and NFL QB for their huge support. “Our board members @ciara and @DangeRussWilson are bringing the impact at the V Foundation for Cancer Research Sonoma Epicurean!” they penned.

The goal of the event was to make a difference, not only to raise money. The ‘oh’ artist articulated it excellently in an introductory video for the V Foundation. “We are all gonna be impacting lives together, we’re gonna be saving lives together which is obviously a very beautiful and very powerful thing,” she stated.

Clearly, the Wilsons have a deep bond with this organization founded by basketball coach Jim Valvano through their own Why Not You Foundation. They encourage young people to take initiative with a “why not you” mindset through the WNYF, which was established in 2014. Impressively, the two foundations have come together to combat cancer.
