The Steelers QB, who could hit free agency soon, took major steps to help out the community in Los Angeles with his singer wifey, Ciara. Impressively, the NFL power couple is using their influence for good. The NFL QB and his Grammy-award-winning wife supported families impacted by the LA fires through a nonprofit organization, Baby2Baby.
And, for their unwavering support and relentless efforts to help the affected families, Baby2Baby expressed its thanks to them. Taking to its official Instagram account, the philanthropic organization demonstrated gratefulness to its board members and ambassadors. They mentioned the heartfelt note of gratitude in their post caption.
“Big thanks to our Baby2Baby Board Members, Angels and Ambassadors who have stopped by to help pack emergency supplies for children and families impacted by the LA fires! 💚,” it reads. Additionally, the concerned charitable institution that majorly provides essentials to children in need also shared beautiful glimpses of their members’ huge help to the LA-impacted family.

In one of the Instagram post pictures, the Wilson couple was seen posing with their bag full of food products. Apart from this, the post also featured the other participants holding gifts and essential items for underprivileged families. This was indeed a wholesome moment for Wilson and his wife. Even the ‘Level Up’ singer could not hide her feelings at this moment after witnessing the charity organization’s post. To cherish the beautiful moment, the ‘Goodies,’ singer re-shared the post in her IG story. And, she seemed grateful for the opportunity to support the people affected by the LA fires with her NFL hubby. “We are in this together,” she mentioned in her IG story post caption, dropping multiple heart emojis.
Truly, it showcased the high-profile couple’s mutual understanding in giving back to the community. But, Wilson’s charitable work is not new. Back in January, Russell’s wife Ciara’s heartfelt plea for public support to help the victims of the fires went viral on social media. Taking to her Instagram account, Ciara, 39, requested her fans for donations through Baby2Baby. “Every little bit will make a difference!! We are in this together,” she mentioned in her post caption by adding a link to the Baby2Baby donation page. Ciara and her husband’s philanthropic works are countless. They also focus on youth empowerment and education through their own non-profit organization, ‘Why Not You Foundation’.
Beyond the shout-out for their recent major step for LA Victims, national reporter Adam Schefter clarified Steelers QB1 speculation for the 2025 season.

During his appearance on Pat McAfee’s show, American sports writer and reporter clarified Wilson’s return for a second season with the Steelers.

As per Bleacher Report’s article published on February 11, Schefter explained Wilson’s return bluntly despite several speculations. “I was with Russell on Friday, and I’m just telling you, the tone that I got from him was entirely different than reports that are out there,” Adam, NFL reporter stated.

“And we’ll see what winds up happening, whether or not he’s back there. But I think he feels like there’s definitely a chance he’s going to be back there,” he further added. Wilson is in touch with the organization regarding the future, and what there’s for him in it. Even though there are multiple roads to travel through, he adds, “I think he definitely thinks that he may be back in Pittsburgh.”
However, last week, the Steelers team owner Art Rooney also clarified about Wilson and Justin Fields’ interest as starting QB. “I think both of them see themselves as starters, and I don’t know that they want to share the same job again next year,” Rooney stated. The final decision is yet to be made regarding QB1 for the Steelers, and who gains the spot could be one of the biggest talking points from the off-season.
