Aaron Rodgers is making the most speedy recovery in sports history. The footballer is showing the world that anything is possible if you have the sheer determination to put up hard work in the process. While everyone thought it would be a season-ending injury for Rodgers, the 39-year-old veteran is beating all odds and making swift progress toward a comeback.

Rodgers is reportedly gearing up to step on the field on the 28 of next month in the game against the Browns. And the credit goes to the special routine and focused plan followed by the football icon during the whole recovery period. During the Pat McAfee show, the QB revealed his secrets, allowing the NFL world an insider look into his preparations.

The reason behind Rodgers’s speedy recovery

The New York Jets shed some light on the post-surgery healing process of Rodgers through an article on their official site. Rodgers admitted, “I’ve been doing a little bit more in my rehab and feeling like I can get into a little abbreviated.” He added about getting back on the field post his injury, commenting, “It just felt normal to be out there and mess around with Timmy Boyle a little bit and play and catch. Feel like I was a part of it.”

He also mentioned that he regularly sees the guys and encourages them which in turn helps him to feel like he is a part of the squad. On leaving the crutches behind, the footballer revealed his relief, “Now I’m able to take some dropbacks and put some legitimate weight onto it (injured foot)”.

He also gave credit to his comfortable “Super Dads” and highlighted during the Pat McAfee show, “They basically have a little half circle on the bottom”. Rodgers’ fans are praying for his fast recovery now as the Jets can still make it to the playoffs but for that to happen the QB will have to join the team sooner than later! Meanwhile, the Jets are facing the Chargers right now at the Metlife Stadium.
