Skip Bayless is indeed relentless. A few moments ago, he lost his cool, saying, “I give up.” However, things changed dramatically after the Dallas Cowboys beat the Seattle Seahawks in arguably one of the edgiest games of the season. Naturally, his stance changed after the Dallas team took over the AT&T Stadium.

Bayless is keeping up with his reputation, being in two minds simultaneously. He has now tweeted in favor of the Cowboys, though he still doesn’t sound like he’s all that chuffed. The tweet came as an agreement to something Tony Gonzalez said.

Bayless tweeted, agreeing with Tony Gonzalez about how the Cowboys beating the Seahawks was not “convincing” enough, pointing out how they gave up 406 yards throughout the game and how they were 9-14 on 3rd downs. Not to mention the 35 points they gave up to the Seahawks. The win wasn’t satisfactory for Tony Gonzalez and Skip Bayless.

Bayless wrote, “I have to agree with Tony Gonzalez: My Cowboys did finally beat a winning team – but not convincingly. My defense allowed Seattle to roll up 406 yards, go 9-14 on 3rd down … and score 35 points.”.

Before this game, Dak Prescott, in his career, was 0-3 against the Seattle Seahawks, except for that one post-season game against the team in 2019, which marked their return as a wild-card contender. But this game broke the pattern, and Prescott put the Cowboys back on the map.

Fans have said that the Cowboys only went so far because they have been playing against weaker teams, but things have changed as of this game, thanks to Prescott.

Dak Prescott had a phenomenal game

Prescott passed for 299 yards with a pass completion rate of 70.7%. He even scored 3 touchdowns in a single game. He made 29 out of the 41 passes he made. Surprisingly, the QB1 wasn’t intercepted once throughout the game. Many people think the officiating in the matchup was heinous, and the Cowboys got away with a lot of foul plays.

Alas, the Cowboys got away with a 41-35 victory on their home turf, and Prescott is 1-3 against the Seattle Seahawks. The Cowboys are a wild-card team, as this game marks a 9-3 record for them. The second team in the NFC East still has five more games to go and will be playing against the Philadelphia Eagles next.
