As far as celebrity golf is concerned, we have a new champion, ladies and gentlemen. It’s the most wholesome man in the NFL, the retired Philly center Jason Kelce. The former Eagles star was finally able to one-up his younger brother at the Long Drive competition of the 2024 American Century Championship. But Travis, being the competitive one, couldn’t let it slide.

He did get a trophy for his performance, just not the one you’d think of. It’s a trophy for the best karaoke singer. May he is learning a thing or two from Taylor Swift after all. New Heights just uploaded the photo of what Travis Kelce’s latest prized possession looks like. It’s shiny, that’s for sure.

New Heights just uploaded a post on X titled, “Another trophy for @tkelce🏆.” So, what is this trophy about? Apparently, Travis Kelce didn’t just play golf at the American Century Championship, but he also participated in the Karaoke competition where he won the first prize. The trophy looks like a mic placed on a stand with the American Century Championship logo on the mic.

“American Century Championship. First Place,” is what it says at the base of the trophy. Kelce was so happy after winning the championship that he started acting like a kid in the candy store. So which song did he sing to get a lot of attention? It was Whitesnake’s- Here I Go Again, ad ’87’s classic. Killa choice Trav!

Well, it’s good to know that Kelce’s time at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course in Stateline, Nevada was full of excitement. He’s the winner of the Karaoke competition alright, but what about the golf championship? That’s where Jason Kelce took over this time.

Jason Kelce is still bigger than Travis Kelce

Jason Kelce debuted at the Korbel Long Drive Contest and surprised everyone. In an interview before, he modestly said that Travis Kelce is better than him, but he flipped the script this time. So, what does he do in his debut? He hits a 322-yard carry. As if it wasn’t enough, Kelce stood there drinking from a bottle of champagne after hitting the shot. There’s no doubt that Kelce bros know how to party!

But do you know what happened a year earlier in 2023? Travis Kelce broke all the records of the Korbel long-drive competition and hit a 362-yard carry to win the championship. That day, Patrick Mahomes was competing with him and had to face defeat from the poster boy of all tight ends in the league. Mahomes had a respectable score of 317 yards, so you see, it wasn’t close to what Kelce had done.

It seems like golfing also runs in their blood. Well, sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose. The Kelce brothers have extensive experience with winning and losing both in and out of the NFL.
