Patrick Mahomes‘s little one, Sterling, seems to have mastered her baking skills. That too after learning from the pop queen herself. Taylor Swift!! This year, Sterling spent a lot of time baking cookies and cupcakes with Taylor. Mahomes also dropped an interesting tidbit about his little one, saying she’s a “big baker.” With Christmas around the corner, the 3-year-old has taken her love for baking to another level and has taken on the responsibility of baking treats for everyone in the house!

As Sterling took on her baking duties, mom Brittany gave her followers a little update on Instagram. And it’s something that will make you all go “aww.” Brittany shared that Sterling baked cookies for their pet dogs. She posted a super cute pic of her little girl showing off the cookies she made for her dogs, ‘Silver’ and ‘Steel.’ “Made cookies for her doggies,” mommy Brittany wrote, proudly flexing her little girl’s baking skills. 

In the picture, Sterling is rocking an adorable white sweatshirt with brown hearts on it and a bright pink skirt. The best part about the cookies she baked for Silver and Steel is that they’re customized with their names on them. To give them a Christmas vibe, Patrick’s little one also decorated them with bright green icing, probably cream. Isn’t that just so thoughtful of Sterling? She’s such an adorable kid. Her baking teacher Ms. Swift must be so proud of her.

Brittany recently shared some Christmas pictures with Patrick Mahomes as well. In the photos, she’s looking gorgeous in a red dress, proudly showing off her baby bump, and captioned it with, “Very Merry🥰❤️.” The Chiefs QB kept it casual in a black striped collared t-shirt, which he paired with beige cargo pants and white sneakers. It looks like the QB is celebrating an early Christmas with his family since he’ll probably be busy with football duties on Christmas Eve. Speaking of which, is Mahomes fit enough to play in the upcoming games after his recent injury?

Chiefs face Patrick Mahomes dilemma after injury update

Patrick Mahomes hurt his right ankle during the recent clash with the Browns. The QB was seen limping off the field in the fourth quarter of the game. Coach Andy Reid later confirmed that Mahomes had suffered an ankle sprain in his right foot. And that they would see if he could recover by next week.  Reports say it might take a few weeks for him to fully recover. And with only a few weeks left in the season, the Chiefs could be in big trouble if the 29-year-old is out.

 For now, there’s a game lined up for the Chiefs against the Houston Texans in week 16. And the Texans are sounding pretty confident about it. “We’ve got an elite D-line. I feel like Pat’s a little banged up, so I don’t know if he’s going to play or not. I hope he’s mobile enough because we’re coming into Arrowhead”,  said the Texans DE Tim Settle Jr. C.J. Stroud and Co. are leading the AFC South with a 9-5 record. They are eyeing a win to at least lock down the divisional deal. 

There’s no official word on Patrick Mahomes’ playing status from the Chiefs yet, so we’ll have to wait a bit longer for an update. Until then, maybe you should bake some baking inspiration from Sterling and bake your loved ones some sweet treats!
