Peyton Manning Gets Befitting Response From NY Jets After He Backed ‘Taylor Swift Can Sell Out a Stadium’ Comment

NFL banters among fans is a rather rampant scene on the internet. But the same gesture expressed by the stars and the teams of the gridiron? Now that is where matters take an interesting turn. Something similar went down between Peyton Manning and the New York Jets after the recent opening ceremony of the 2023 CMA Awards.

Hosting the show alongside Luke Bryan, Manning, and the music star made a humorous comparison between Taylor Swift and the Jets. While the audience applauded the two for their comic line, the comment did not seem to sit well with the New York team, who soon replied with their comeback.

The New York Jets hit back at Peyton Manning!

When asked the question about the difference between Taylor Swift and the Jets, musician Luke Bryan answered “Taylor can fill out a stadium” and immediately winced. Manning, however, did not find a reason to regret as he applauded Bryan’s efforts by saying, “Nailed it!.”

Surprisingly, even the crowd had a great laugh following the moment. But the same wasn’t reflected from the Jets side. Expectedly, they soon replied with a picture of their MetLife Stadium, insisting it indeed does get filled, even without the presence of a mighty star like Swift.

It will be incredibly amusing to see how far the water flows after this, although we also feel sad for the Jets fans. Especially what the ones had to go through that was present in the crowd at the moment.
