QB Jordan Love is in the mood for celebrations after winning 48-32 the Wild card against the Cowboys. The Packers have broken the long-standing jinx and rewrote franchise history for the good. Against all odds, the Green Bay team completely dominated the Cowboys’ entire game and never gave any respite.
The Cowboys and the Packers have played each other 8 times in playoffs, winning 4 each. This time around, the Cowboys were looking the stronger team as they hadn’t lost a home game this season. The Packers made a mockery of that record and stomped the Cowboys at their fortress in a proper beat down. After the game, Jordan Love looked confident and happy while sharing a heartfelt message.

The Packers break league record with a thumping win
Prior to this, no seventh-seed teams have ever won a playoff game. The team tried six times but never succeeded in breaking the long-standing jinx. But the Packers had a different plan altogether this time around. They never looked overburdened by the overwhelming stats that were not favoring their side. The Packs made a dream start on the opening drives. They took an unassailable 27-0 lead in the first half itself. RB Aaron Jones opened the account with back-to-back TDs and celebrated in his unique style.

Jordan Love secured the third with a 20-yard pass and Darnell Savage’s 64-yard interception return for TD just broke the back of the Cowboys. The Cowboys’ late resurgence proved not enough, and the team lost at their fortress. With this win, the Packers have become the first team to win a playoff game while seeding at 7 place. The Packs chose the perfect time to bring in their A-Game.
