The mom of three also claimed, “He knew he wasn’t built like NBA players,” which took basketball out of his career options. However, she also added that if Mahomes had focused on just one sport, instead of being a jack of all trades, “he would be playing basketball now.” While that might be true, the 28-year-old’s lack of commitment to just one sport helped him find his spot with the Kansas City Chiefs.

The 36-year-old watched the film and even complimented the 28-year-old’s “fluid” footwork before realizing who it was.

Once the interviewers told Curry that he was reviewing Mahomes, the athlete thought they were just joking. He even stated, “No, it’s not, no, it’s not.” After the initial shock faded, the father of four stated, “You would have no idea that’s Pat Mahomes right there.” After all, the 28-year-old seemed to look “pretty comfortable” out on the court.
