Anthony Edwards is slowly establishing himself as the king of dunks and he did it again in Game 3 vs. the Dallas Mavericks. Speaking of the Mavs, the 3x Super Bowl champ Patrick Mahomes is a huge Dallas Mavericks supporter, but he was taken back by what Edwards did to Luka Doncic and his squad.

Mahomes couldn’t help but appreciate Anthony Edwards’ athleticism and took to X to share the mesmerizing athletic move he witnessed from the Minnesota Timberwolves Shooting Guard. It was a close game, a nail-biter from the start, but the Mavs proved why they deserve to move forward.

Anthony Edwards not only shocked the crowd but also forced Patrick Mahomes to tweet out “Craziest dunk i ever seen! 🤯🤯🤯,” as his post shows Edwards in the air as Daniel Gafford tried to put a stop to him.  The Mavs Power Forward was unable to do so and allowed the Wolves SG to dunk all over him, bringing the Wolves 4 points closer to their opponent.

Though Edwards played for 43 minutes and led the scoreboard with 26 points, he couldn’t topple the Dallas Mavericks led by Luka Doncic, who also led the Mavericks leaderboard with 33 points, the same as his teammate Kyrie Irving. The Timberwolves didn’t manage to win a single conference final game against the Mavs and now they are 0-3, but they still have a chance if they win the next four games, which seems improbable judging by the Mavs’ win streak.

Though at one point the teams were tied, the Mavs stole the game with a final score of 116-107. It’s safe to say that Edwards and his cohorts have a long, uphill battle against the Dallas team in the future. However, this is the night the Mavs will celebrate, and with them, the Kansas City Chiefs members Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce will also join.

However, the American Airlines Center experience might have put a chip on Travis Kelce’s shoulder and made him feel unwelcome. But Taylor Swift’s boyfriend is unbothered.

Travis Kelce ends the day with a special message to Luka Doncic

When the Mavs won, Luka Doncic headed to the tunnel and was greeted by Travis Kelce. He had some words of motivation for him. The Chiefs Super Bowl-winning TE told the Mavs guard, “Go get you one!” motivating Luka Doncic to win the Larry O’Brien Trophy.

Kelce in his off-season has visited many sporting events including the NHL playoff game between the Dallas Stars and the Edmonton Oilers. The Dallas Stars even offered him a Kelce jersey as he came to support their team. But Patrick Mahomes couldn’t take his receiver stealing the spotlight in his home and tweeted out “Yo get out of my arena!!@tkelce😂😂😂 go @DallasStars!!!” as a joke.

Mahomes’ act caused the Dallas Mavericks fans to diss Travis Kelce in the arena, and he was surprised why it was happening to him. But all is well that ends well and everything is well and good with Travis Kelce.
