Could Hollywood Brown's return be the Christmas miracle the Chiefs need to dominate the season?

Taking on the Panthers this week, the Chiefs would surely want to get back on the winning streak they had before the Bills snatched it away. As Patrick Mahomes tries to lead his side to a W once again, he might have two of his biggest supporters watching from home. Just an hour before the Chiefs clash got underway, Mahomes mom, Randi, shared an update on her X, referencing her dad.

With Thanksgiving coming up in a few days, Randi posted, “Celebrating thanksgiving with my daddy and watching the game with him ❤️ #BLESSED” Well, thanksgiving is supposed to be an occasion where families come together to share gifts. And the biggest gift Randi could bestow her father would be her company. Given what he has gone through for the past month or so. It’s lovely to see Randi spending time with her daddy and watching her son play on TV.

However, this isn’t the first time she and her daddy are watching Mahomes live on Television. Going back to week 4, when the Chiefs came up against the Chargers, Randi shared a similar update on X. Although her dad was still in hospital at that time, Mahomes’ mom still made sure she watched the game together, “Watching the game with daddy today….prayers, please, for my dad.” Well, those prayers did work wonders as Randi Martin soon got discharged from the hospital.

It came around the time when the Chiefs were heading to their bye week after seeing off the Saints in week 5. Taking the Chiefs Kingdom by surprise, Randi shared a photo of them in a car with the caption, “Dad got out today!! He was determined too.” She even gave an update on how they are now spending time having priceless talks, “Headed to visit my dad. Priceless time and talks.”

While Randi continues to spend time with his father, having priceless sessions or watching the Chiefs QB light up the gridiron. Mahomes may have also received an early Christmas gift, as per the latest updates on Hollywood Brown.

Patrick Mahomes awaits the return of Hollywood Brown before the New Year

What’s your perspective on:

Could Hollywood Brown's return be the Christmas miracle the Chiefs need to dominate the season?

Have an interesting take?

Although the Chiefs found their perfect record broken against the Bills last week, their Super Bowl ambitions haven’t taken any major blow. However, they need all the reinforcements before the regular season enters its final weeks. With injuries everywhere on the pitch, the Chiefs have now received some welcome news from NFL insider Jonathan Jones, “There’s a possibility that we see Hollywood Brown back on the field this season as early as Christmas.” It would be a huge boost for the Chiefs, who found Brown added to injury reserves since preseason.

After suffering a dislocated shoulder, Brown was expected to miss a major chunk of the season. There were even calls of him missing out completely. As the Chiefs went ahead and brought in DeAndre Hopkins from the Titans. Brown, who signed just this offseason, could help the Chiefs gain some control on the offense. With Rashee Rice already out for the season, he could breadth some much-needed fresh air into the Chiefs receiver room.

Apart from him, the Chiefs could also welcome back RB Isiah Pacheco and defensive end Charles Omenihu before Black Friday’s clash against the Raiders. Well, for Pacheco, it would be his first game since week 2 when he fractured his fibula. And for Omenihu, it will mark his debut game for the campaign since suffering an ACL injury last season. As the Chiefs wait for some key players, they must continue winning in order to maintain the momentum they had lost against the Bills last week.
