Explaining her work role as an event coordinator at Hollytree, Randi highlighted that she plans events of weddings, golf tournaments, tennis events, and meetings. Now that she is retiring tomorrow on June 28th, Randi is emotional as she bids her work a final goodbye.

On The Mom Game Podcast, she said Patrick might retire earlier if football starts interfering with his family life. She expressed, “I hear him, you know, make comments like, ‘If the game takes away from my kids, I might not play as long as Tom Brady,’ and I’m like, I’m so proud of him for that.” This statement is true as Mahomes too himself has mentioned this plan, when he was asked if he might follow Brady’s retirement timeline. Explaining, the quarterback admitted that he would like to play as long as Brady, but not at the cost of his children. Mahomes highlighted that if he played football until he was as old as Tom Brady when he retired, his daughter would be 19-20 years old. Therefore, the quarterback mentioned, “That would mean missing plenty of youth sporting events and other commitments. At the same time, I want to be there for my daughter. If I can do that, I’ll continue to play. But if I feel like it’s taking away from my family time, that’s when I’ll know it’s time to go.
