The Buffalo Bills are 3-0, and Sean McDermott couldn’t have asked for a much better start for his side this season. So far in the first three weeks, the Bills have bulldozed past the Arizona Cardinals (34-28), the Miami Dolphins (31-10), and the Jacksonville Jaguars (47-10). One of the highlights of the Bills’ rise this year is surely the resurgence of their veteran linebacker Von Miller. As he is set to face Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens, Miller has now made a powerful and expletive-filled rant confirming his return.
In his recent social media post the 35-year-old expressed relief for getting his form back and taking a cheeky dig at his critics. Miller said,“I would say that “I’m back” but I never left. 17th ‘all-time’ in sacks. 126.5 and counting. And y’all still got me f—-d up all the way up”.

Miller suffered from an ACL tear during Week 5 of the 2022 season and was out for the rest of the season. Even though he returned in 2023, Miller recorded just three tackles and zero sacks throughout the season and was unable to make a consistent impact. He had a career-low 17 total quarterback pressures last year.

However, this season, Von Miller has incredibly bounced back to form. He has been terrific in the first three weeks of this season. With five tackles, four quarterback hits, and three sacks since the start of this campaign, the veteran LB has shown flashes of his prime. According to reports, the 35-year-old star is currently on the path of making 17 sacks this season. Even though it’s safe to say that he might not be able to touch that number, even getting to the double digits would be a great achievement as since 2018, it would be his first double-digit sack outing. The league’s active-all-time sack leader, Miller is currently 17th on the NFL all-time sack list with 126.5 sacks, tying him with his idol and legendary Kansas City Chiefs defender Derrick Thomas.
Von Miller reflects on facing the Baltimore Ravens
Bills‘ linebacker Von Miller has recently talked about being concerned about facing the Baltimore Ravens. So far, the Ravens have won just one of their last three games. However, as the date of the clash is nearing, Miller seems to be nervous about facing Lamar Jackson and his side.

In a post-game interview, while talking about the Ravens, the 35-year-old praised the Ravens’ offense, saying that it looked scary and that it could be a problem when they face each other. Miller said, “It just looked scary. This is going to be a problem.”
The Ravens lead the league in total offense with 430.3 yards per game. They are second in rushing offense with 203.3 yards per game and amongst the top 10 in the passing offense, clocking 227.0 yards per game. However, the Ravens’ defense is also preparing to face the Bills’ Josh Allen and Co. Both the teams are set to keep each other’s hands full, as each of them will surely look to win the game when they face one another at the M&T Bank Stadium on September 29, Sunday.
