The Chiefs witnessed scenes of shock at the Super Bowl celebrations in the city of Kansas. The horrifying mass shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl parade claimed the life of one and injured many others. Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift, and the Chiefs extended financial support to the families of those stricken from the tragedy.
Now, recently, the Kelce brothers came forward to address the tragedy in public before they released the next episode of their podcast the ‘New Heights Show.’ In the wake of this incident, the Chiefs and UWGKC decided to set up a financial response system which has now amassed over $670k. The Kelce brothers urged the 92 percenters to do their part and help the victims in any capacity.

Brothers Travis and Jason Kelce seemed very emotional in their message while addressing the public before uploading their pre-recorded weekly episode. Jason Kelce looked like he was on the verge of crying as he expressed his sympathies to everyone affected by the incident and the people who just came to enjoy the Super Bowl parade.
Before airing our pre-taped episode on Wednesday, Jason and Travis wanted the 92%ers and Chiefs Kingdom to hear from them directly after the tragic events at the Chiefs parade

“We just want to say our hearts go out to all the victims, their families, Chiefs Kingdom and really all the Kansas City, that was really there on a day to try and celebrate the community and its unfortunate and deeply tragic events that occurred so you know we also want to think the local law enforcement the spring in action the first responders on scene in anybody that’s been willing to help those affected by the tragedy,” remarked the center player.
Travis Kelce intervened and reminded people of KC Strong and urged everyone to donate in any capacity that they can. This was after the younger Kelce brother and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, tried to alleviate the situation by donating a significant amount to KC Strong from his end as well.
