The New York Jets have to rebuild their entire empire after crumbling badly this season. They have a lot of work ahead for the coming season before stepping on the gridiron. Woody Johnson needs to find a head coach, a general manager, and possibly a QB too. Aaron Rodgers‘ team has already started interviewing for the head coach and GM spots. And they’re also looking to revamp their roster for 2025. In the middle of all these changes, the first RB picked in 2022 might be in for some bad news.
“It was cool to get a win at the end,” said Breece Hall after beating the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. Jets’ young RB, who kicked off his NFL journey with the team in the 2022 season, isn’t messing around when it comes to his squad. After netizens cracked jokes about the Jets’ ‘pointless’ win on Sunday, Breece wasted no time firing back at the trolls. “And if we would’ve lost you would be talkin 💩 per usual. Like stfu…,” replied the RB to a user’s comment. On one hand, Hall is clapping back at the trolls, and on the other, the Jets might be putting him on the trade block. That’s just how this league works.

According to a report by ESPN, the Jets could be considering trading Breece Hall ahead of the upcoming season. And it might have to do with the young RB’s injury history. The Iowa State alum tore his ACL during his rookie season in 2022. And it seems like he’s still feeling the effects of that setback. “His process had gone to another place, and he’s been playing with a little bit of pain and fighting his way through that. But it’s a thing that’s maybe not improving as much as he’d like at this point,” said Jeff Ulbrich, the Jets’ interim head coach, back in December when Hall had to sit out during Week 15’s game against the Jaguars.
Well, good luck to Breece with that. Hall isn’t the only player the Jets might part ways with. After two rough seasons, there’s a chance they’ll also say goodbye to veteran QB Aaron Rodgers.
Will Aaron Rodgers move to the Steelers?

It just keeps getting crazier every day in the NFL. Can you imagine the Steelers letting go of Russell Wilson and bringing in Aaron Rodgers as their QB1? Wild, right? The Jets have given Rodgers enough chances, but with the team completely rebuilding, from the head coach to the players, it’s looking less likely that Rodgers will return under Woody Johnson. So, does this mean the end of the Aaron Rodgers era? NFL Insider Peter King, says – no. On the ‘Let’s Go’ podcast with Jim Gray, Peter King said, “If I were the Pittsburgh Steelers, knowing that I’ve got Cam Heyward, T.J. Watt — I got guys on defense with their expiration dates not long in the future — I would want to come in and try to get a quarterback who could make me competitive with Baltimore and Cincinnati in 2025. And that guy, to me, is Aaron Rodgers.”
The Russell Wilson-led Steelers have made it to the postseason this year. But let’s be real, they don’t look like a team that can win the Super Bowl. The Steelers have lost their last four games, and the stakes are high in the wild-card round. They will be facing their divisional foes, the Baltimore Ravens, who overthrew them last time. The Lamar Jackson-led team is in top form, having won their last four games.

Now, what good Aaron Rodgers could bring them if they pick him up next season, we don’t know. Because honestly, it looks like Rodgers’ time has come to an end. The injuries and age have taken a toll on him. Sure, he was one of the best QBs back in the day, but it just seems like the game has moved on.
