Mahomes’ interview this time started with a normal greeting. The reporter didn’t waste any time and asked the QB about his outburst on Josh Allen and whether he’s had a ‘change of heart’ now that he’s had some time to think about it. The reporter also asked him whether it was Patrick  Mahomes’ emotions talking or if he was genuine about his feelings.

To this, the Chief’s QB said, “Yeah I mean It definitely was emotion talking when I was uh talking to Josh at the at Midfield um just, just lose the football game, a tough football game in a tough way uh, but I let it go on too long because I mean like I said um he had nothing to do with it and so um just uh to show better sportsmanship and tell him great game and kind of keep it moving.”

A video of the whole incident is floating on the internet where Patrick Mahomes meets the Buffalo QB, Josh Allen, and dubs the officiating as the ‘oddest call he’s ever seen’. For the most part, it might be considered unprofessional to complain about officiating, and there is a rumor going on that Mahomes might get fined for yelling at the referee and disrespecting him. However, that remains to be seen.
