Following his illustrious career with the Philadelphia Eagles, Jason’s transition into retirement is highlighted by his soaring popularity. He and his brother, Travis Kelce, have been captivating audiences with their ‘New Heights’ podcast since September 2022. Adding a sprinkle of stardom to the Kelce narrative, Travis’s relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift has catapulted the Kelce brand into the limelight, garnering widespread attention.

And all this attention has resulted in him getting offers from networks to join their shows. Kylie opened up about Jason’s “good problem” of navigating life after football during a candid conversation on ‘The Today Show,’ highlighting the plethora of opportunities and decisions that lie ahead for the former Center in this new chapter of his life.

One of the hosts of the show asked her if Jason had been thinking about starting a career as a sportscaster. “I think nothing is off the table at this point,” she remarked, highlighting Jason’s knack for embracing new challenges with great ease. “He’s my husband, so I’m biased, but I think he’s so good at everything he tries, it’s kind of a pain in the butt,” she added.

He already has his podcast going with Travis, but Kylie also pointed out the need for Jason to find activities beyond the household, especially with three children in the mix. “It’s not that I need to get him out of the house… he needs to get out of the house,” she explained.

Even though he may not want to jump into the TV world just yet, broadcasters are fighting to get him to join their network.

Jason Kelce to turn sports analyst?

In the wake of his retirement from the NFL, Kelce is attracting significant attention from the broadcasting world, with multiple major networks vying to bring his expertise and charisma to their sports coverage. Echoing the career transition of Tom Brady, Kelce could be looking at a future where Monday nights could see him analyzing games rather than playing in them.

Just weeks after announcing his departure from professional football, ESPN has emerged as one of the frontrunners, eyeing Kelce for a coveted position on the “Monday Night Football” team. The current lineup for the weekly show includes Scott Van Pelt and a distinguished panel comprising Robert Griffin III, Adam Schefter, Ryan Clark, Marcus Spears, and Michelle Beisner-Buck. However, rumors from The Athletic suggest that Griffin, the former quarterback, might be stepping away, potentially opening up a slot for Kelce.

This interest in Kelce isn’t exclusive to ESPN; NBC, CBS, and Amazon Prime are also reportedly in the mix, all eager to secure Kelce’s insights for their audiences. With a career that boasts seven Pro Bowl selections, six first-team All-Pro honors, and a Super Bowl victory, Kelce’s deep understanding of the game and celebrated career make him an attractive prospect for any sports broadcasting team.
