The Eagles came back to their usual best following a four-game loss streak to take care of the Giants. And QB Jalen Hurts had a redemption after a dry run, throwing for 301 yards with 1 touchdown. Not only did it impress his teammates and the fans, but even their arch rival the Chiefs’ TE Travis Kelce, who ‘loved’ his gameplay.
Talking on the New Heights Podcast with elder brother Jason Kelce, the TE praised the Eagles QB for his latest performance last performance. He even warned the opposition defenses against the form Hurts had shown in the game.

On paper, Kelce and Hurts are arch-nemesis, having battled it out in last season’s Super Bowl. But that isn’t stopping the TE from praising him after his redemption with only two games remaining in the Regular season. “I loved his decision-making, I was watching the game, like yeah, this is the Jalen that is… Nobody wants to see this Jalen. He was definitive with his reads and he’s just getting that ball out fast to guys that could do something with it,” Kelce shared his appreciation for Hurts’ productivity.

Jason, too, lauded the QB for his efficiency. “We had some big plays off where Jalen was able to either escape and make a throw down the field, or get it out quickly.” Hurts’ 301 yards for 1 touchdown proved to be enough for the Giants who have long bid goodbye to the season.
But can he repeat the heroics in the playoffs against the better-prepared defenses after collecting 5 losses in the regular season already? Just a few more weeks to find out!
