The Miami Dolphins are going against the New England Patriots, and it couldn’t get better for Jalen Ramsey. He has been out for more than 3 months following a left meniscus injury. This happened on the second day of training camp in July, and Jalen Ramsey has come a long way since the injury. Though the Dolphins have racked up some injured players along the way, things have started to look up for them.
A post from Jalen Ramsey, the man himself, shows his uphill journey to return to normal after the injury. Whether he is back to his usual performing self is still not confirmed, but ‘positivity’ is the word that one might associate the situation with. Safe to say, Jalen Ramsey is thankful for the opportunity to come one step closer to the field.

The video shows a montage of what Ramsey has been up to for the past 94 days in the tweet captioned, ‘94 Days Since Injury: FIN5 Debut! God’s plan is the best plan! Thank you, Jesus Christ! I’m back 🤟🏾’. Ramsey is seen lifting weights, doing football exercises, running, showing off his re-found mobility, pushing weights, and doing cardio and plyometrics. The video has Meek Mill’s song Lord Knows in the background of the videos.

From the looks of it, he is not short of help from the management and the coaching staff, as he looks fit, and there are no apparent indications of discomfort. Ramsey and Mike McDaniel feel optimistic about his return to today’s game with the New England Patriots. But the revelation is just a few hours away.
“It’s just a high bar, is all, people have no idea how hard it is to recover and return. I think it’s a tall order for Jalen Ramsey to come back AND be Jalen Ramsey,” was an excerpt quoted in the video.
The prospect of a return
Ramsey is getting ready to step into the field ASAP. He’s running up and down the field with ease, getting a new haircut, and taking care of every preliminary detail ahead of the game. Hopefully, we will see him in action against Bill Belichick’s team. It would be a great help for the QB1 and Tyreek Hill if Jalen Ramsey marks his return. According to an ESPN report, he has been activated ahead of time to play the upcoming game.

This activation window opened on October 18, though Miami has not revealed much about it. The other CB, Xavien Howard, is also placed on IR. McDaniel and the management are taking every precaution they can to not open the past wounds. This effort to prioritize players’ health is exemplary. The 5-2 Miami Dolphins will be blessed if they have their key defense player back on the field.
