The 26-year-old had exited the game in the season finale. Why? It all happened during the New York Giants game. His right leg was stretched awkwardly behind him. The perpetrator was Giants CB Nick McCloud. In other news, he was the talk of the town again when he deactivated his X page. But it doesn’t stop there. He even cleared his Instagram profile of all Philly-references. Is he about to leave the team? It’s just speculation at this point.

Brown bid adieu to the season, having recorded 106 passes for 1,456 yards. He even scored 7 touchdowns! He’s the Eagles leading receiver. And his absence is a severe blow to Nick Sirianni. But while he goes out, another player will return to the gridiron. Wideout DeVonta Smith. He had missed the season finale due to an ankle injury. However, he’s ready to go now.

Now that Brown is out of the picture, what does this mean for the Eagles? All the other WRs will get to see more action. Veteran Julio Jones has started to become more involved and will share the offensive burden on Monday. He had actually secured two TDs in Week 17. It’s all hands on deck for the Bucs game.
