The Dallas Cowboys have brought up linebacker Rashaan Evans from the practice squad for the third time this season, allowing for standard practice squad elevations. He was signed to the practice squad on October 12 and was called in to help against the New York Giants last Sunday. Now, with an upcoming game against the Carolina Panthers, the Cowboys have decided to add him to the 53-man roster.
This move not only strengthens the linebacker group but also comes with an interesting twist. Evans will be stepping in for star linebacker Leighton Vander Esch, who is out for the season due to a neck injury.

Notably, Evans has demonstrated a sense of accountability, and the fans were very supportive. One of the fans stated that this is quite a “Good signing for the Cowboys.”
