Based on Patrick Mahomes’ recent performances, the former MVP has been ignored for the Players’ All-Pro First Team. At the start of the season, he was in contention when the Chiefs won five straight games. Amidst this setback, Patrick Mahomes is ready to face the Dolphins’ spearhead Tua Tagovailoa in the wildcard round. The Dolphins lost 21-14 against the Chiefs in Germany, and fate has given them a chance to redeem themselves. Tua Tagovailoa is thoughtful about bolstering the offense before the clash at Arrowhead.
Patrick Mahomes has been snubbed from the All-Pro, and Tagovailoa would like to up the ante at the right time to secure the advantage first. The last two games have been traumatizing for Tagovailao. The Dolphins lost both, and Tagovailao was intercepted four times. In a recent media interaction, he highlighted the improvements needed to win the knockout.

A reporter recalled head coach Mike McDaniel’s take on the Chiefs’ aggressiveness, blitzing, and how the Dolphins’ offense needs to be on their feet. He asked the Tua Tagovailoa on his take. “What can you do to help the offense be on top of your stuff this weekend?”
Tagovailoa acknowledged the need to get the right timing: “I think it’s playing on time.” He noticed the requirement of finding the right spots, “Knowing where my hots are.” He added: “If I can, you know, outside of our motions, if we’re allowed time to change protection, then we can do that.“
The Dolphins are known to be great at passing games but have been struggling with it recently. Tagovailoa asserted: “Because of how on time we do play, you know that’s sort of how we have beating teams with pressures.” Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill’s passing game was on point the whole season but had been falling apart at a later stage.
Tua Tagovailoa knows his team is good at what they do and will focus on their assets more from now on. The Chiefs’ offense is not in great shape, too, and the Dolphins can make their way to glory if they step up at the right time.
