The stage was set for the star wide receiver. As the Minnesota Vikings got into the heated part of the season, they were still within a shot of grabbing the playoff spot. Their main attacking threat was going back on the field. Alas, it did not last for long.
After suffering a hamstring injury against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Week 5 matchup, this was going to be the return of Justin Jefferson. However, the physically combative Las Vegas Raiders had other plans, especially their safety, Marcus Epps.

Justin Jefferson suffers another hard knock
The Raiders are known in the league for their aggressive physical style of play. Earning them the “bad boys of the NFL” reputation. In this case, though, it is warranted, as the returning 24-year-old WR was taken to the locker room after a hard knock.
