WR Nelson Agholor missed out on a big amount by just a few yards. The Ravens lost 17-10 against the Steelers at Baltimore’s home ground. The scoreline saw a repeat of their previous game this season. A Lamar Jackson and Odell Beckham Jr. less offense didn’t turn up today, so Agholor will sorely miss out on his bonus.

The AFC no. 1 seed lost its fourth regular season game after winning six in a row. Huntley just managed a single touchdown the whole game and was a little too late in throwing the ball. Agholor still tried his best and covered 39 receiving yards but the effort went undone and he missed the fair chance of cashing out big.

Before the game, Adam Schefter pointed out that, “Agholor needs 58 receiving yards today vs the Steelers to reach 400 this season and trigger $250,000 incentive.” On top of this, he just needed ten more catches to unlock the $500,000 incentive as a bonus amount, taking the total to $750,000. Adam Schefter updated on X regarding the same after the Ravens’ loss.

Schefter wrote, “Agholor had 39 receiving yards tonight, 19 short of what he needed to trigger a $250,000 incentive.” Agholor was signed by the Ravens for a year with 3.25 million dollars and the incentives would have helped in adding more money to the bank.

On the other hand, Clowney, who was signed by the Ravens for just $2.5 million, has already made one million in incentives for seven sacks. He added one more today and took the total to nine, winning $750,000 more. At least somebody is going home happy. After the Ravens’ defeat, the Steelers’ hope to secure a playoff berth has increased much more.
