The Carolina Panthers have an extensive list of coaching candidates to interview. Previously, they conducted interviews with several coordinators for the role, such as Tua Tagovailoa’s OC and Todd Monken. They have now expanded their list of completed interviews by adding Bobby Slowik.

After firing head coach Frank Reich in November of last year, Panthers owner David Tepper stated that he wants someone who can stay with the team for “20, 30 years.” Therefore, they immediately began searching for a suitable head coach for the team. This time it was Slowik’s turn.

Stroud, who achieved a Top 10 league finish in total passing (63.9%) and passing yards (4,108 yards) per game with just 5 interceptions. Besides Slowik, the Carolina Panthers also interviewed Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan virtually on the same day, i.e., on Thursday.
