A couple of days ago, Kirk Cousins was seen having a fun time with his family. The Minnesota Vikings’ quarterback spent quality time on a beach with his wife and children, trying to swim in the ocean while his kids made sandcastles. His two sons, Cooper Wesley and Turner Moses, can be seen having fun with their dad often – be it Thanksgiving dinner or charity events.
For Cousins, having his sons around comes as a “joy” as well as a “challenge”. As Cousins reaches the end of his contract this year, he might have a lot of time to reflect on himself and get even more time for these adorable kids.
Kirk Cousins and Julie’s first son, Cooper was born in September 2017. He is about 6 and a half years old. Not a lot of information is available on Cooper right now because the family likes to protect their children’s privacy. Interestingly, he was born on a Friday night before the MNF game. The Cousins family celebrated his birthday last year and uploaded the pictures on Instagram.

The picture was captioned,” Cooper is 5 today! Celebrated him with a donut cake over the weekend!! Born on a Friday night before a MNF game, this boy doesn’t flinch when he only gets to see Daddy for maybe 5 minutes today—since he’s off to London! We love you, Coop!”
The youngest sibling, Turner was born on March 10, 2019, and his birthday is soon coming up! He will be turning 5 in a week. The younger sibling is still in his formative stages, so naturally, there isn’t a lot that we know about him. The family also has a dog called Abe.
In the off-season, many athletes are making the best use of their time by spending a lot of time with their families. Kirk Cousins, for instance, enjoys everything that fatherhood offers.
Kirk Cousins’ fun escapades
The Minnesota Vikings QB is very outgoing with his children. He takes them to beaches, to play Golf, and takes them to eat outside. Not only this, but his kids are also present at the Vikings games sometimes. Cooper even did a brief interview with the WR Justin Jefferson from the sidelines.

There’s even a picture of the boys dressed like Eeyore and Tigger. Like all kids, the Cousins siblings love watching Disney. Papa Cousins also reads bedtime stories to the kids from time to time. Hopefully, the siblings grow up to and become a huge name like their father.

“Fatherhood has been a joy, it’s been a challenge and it certainly takes a lot of energy! You know, when I leave you start a whole new chapter of work when you come home and it really gives me a picture of what my Heavenly Father is like, looking at me. For the first time I truly have a picture of maybe what it’s like when I have to discipline my son or say ‘no’ or take him away from something that could hurt him. It paints a cool picture.” said Cousins about his kids.
