Up & Adams talk show host Kay Adams seems to have ended rumors of dating Giants QB Daniel Jones after her latest social media post. Although there were certain shouts of them dating after Adams called Jones “her boy” while previewing the Giants’ opening week clash against the Vikings. Those rumors seem like a distant memory now as Adams was found throwing congratulatory messages towards ESPN’s new NBA insider.

Yes, we are talking about Shams Charania, the possible rival to Jones when it comes to catching Kay Adams’ attention. After Adams posted, “My guy!!!!! Congratulations Shams!” we can’t help but wonder if the dating rumors between her and Jones are really ending. Although she used X to post this message, the NFL talk show host was quick to post another message revolving around Charania starting his new role at ESPN.

Taking to her Instagram this time, Kay posted a story captioned, “Congrats to @shamsnba who is wonderful & a machine & probably an alien but I will miss him!” Well, this is not the first time Kay and Shams have been linked together. Going back to the start of this year, Charania appeared as a guest for the Pat McAfee Show, where he was asked whether he is dating Kay Adams or not. But you could be wondering on what grounds this question was asked. A few days prior to him showing up in this show, Shams gifted Adams a pair of sneakers as a Valentine’s Day present.

She showed that gift on her FanDuel TV show, which was a YouTube exclusive. This got McAfee asking, “Are you guys dating?” Shams was quick to reply but in a cryptic fashion, “That’s a great colleague of mine. I think she’s amazing. You got to know her a little bit, too. I think she’s amazing at what he does. I enjoy going on her show. Obviously, she has, to me like with you. Similarly, she makes me feel comfortable. While I’m on her show, you make me feel comfortable.”

Well, Pat didn’t stop with his questions, as he intercepted with, “Oh, you’re comfortable around each other. That’s a good start.” Both Charania and Adams were spotted sharing the same space while watching the Super Bowl together, “We were in the FanDuel suite.” Although McAfee couldn’t get to the bottom of this rumor, we might have found a hint from Kay Adams herself. But this makes us question what ignited the Daniel Jones rumors.

Even though Jones and Adams’ dating rumors may have possibly ended, they had the potential to go a little further. When Giants’ new offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor appeared on the Up & Adams show to discuss their first game against Vikings, Adams stated, “You gotta protect your boy, my boy, the world and internet think he’s my boy.” What made the internet think that Jones was Adams’ boy? Well, you would have to go back to their viral moment in August when Adams was gushing over Jones’ beard.

Remembering that moment, Eluemunor jokingly conveyed, “I’ve been telling him to keep the beard. My beard is not as good as his beard.” Before wrapping up their conversation, Adams added, “Go protect my boyfriend.” However, when it came to addressing the elephant in the room, Adams said, “I don’t even want to talk about it. I don’t want to talk about it.” 

Now that Adams has started posting Charania in her latest social media updates. This story might not have a future. But there isn’t any confirmation yet on whether they are dating. So, we can still leave the rumor mill open as the season is long, and Jones could make a surprise appearance on the Up & Adams show to spark dating rumors again.
