Is Brock Purdy just a system QB?

The 49ers quarterback Purdy is being labeled as a system QB. As a product of HC Kyle Shanahan’s system that he created with top-notch talent in their roster. Sharing his views on his label, Purdy said, “I don’t really care in a sense, I just want to win. I want to help this team win. People can say what they want, that’s cool. I just want to help this team win and reach our goals, and then we’ll see at the end of all this if that is true or not.

However, Brock Purdy has shown he’s capable of adapting to the situations he gets. On Sunday, the 49ers are going to meet the Eagles, where the best in the league will go against each other. Purdy will have a chance to eliminate the system tag from him, and Hurts will once again look forward to stamping his name as the best. Meanwhile, both these QBs are top MVP contenders for the season. The 49ers have a scheduled advantage entering the Sunday battle against the Eagles. The game is set to take place at  Lincoln Financial Field at 4:25 PM ET.
