The team not only offered Prescott a four-year contract extension but guaranteed a record-breaking deal of $240 million, making him the highest-paid player in the NFL.

Well, it wasn’t just Prescott who received great news. And his girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos couldn’t resist her excitement! To celebrate the news, she shared a post from the Dallas Cowboys on her Instagram, captioning it, “The most deserving man and the best partner and father. We love you.”

ESPN’s Todd Archer has put a spin on the Dallas Cowboys and Dak Prescott’s deal. He said, “In order for Prescott to move from a very good statistical quarterback to one of the best in Cowboys history, he has to do something he has not done yet: get to a Super Bowl. Maybe even win it.” Well, with great power comes great responsibility. And hence, with such a massive deal, now the burden to bring Super Bowl glory to Dallas is all on Dak’s shoulders.

ESPN’s host Alex Smith couldn’t resist himself from praising the Cowboys QB. He not only said that the NFL player deserved it but also called America’s team the most valuable franchise in the sports world. “This is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL,” he added.

On top of that, former Ravens QB Robert Griffin III posted on his X account how Dak raised the bar for every player in the NFL by pushing the pay ceiling higher. He wrote, “Dak Prescott EARNED his payday and helped all the players by becoming the first $60 million a year man in NFL History. LOVE IT.” Well, apart from being a good quarterback, the Big D player surely possesses some great negotiation skills.
