The Miami Dolphins are hosting the Tennessee Titans today at the Hard Rock Stadium. Ahead of a very exciting match-up, a lot is on the line for the sides. After the Eagles and the Chiefs lost to some unassuming opponents, there’s no telling what might happen in the game after all. During the MNF clash today, both the Fins and the Titans have 7 major misses in their pockets to take care of.

The game is just a few blinks away and both teams have shared their inactives list. The 9-3 Dolphins do not seem to have much to worry about going against the 4-8 Tennessee Titans, but the opposite is true about the Tennessee team which seems to be missing some major pieces from their roster.

As far as the Dolphins are concerned, the WR Robbie Chosen along with the QB Skylar Thompson would not be active for this game. In addition to this, the safety Jevon Holland and the CB Eli Apple will take their absence from the game. The OL Robert Hunt and the TE Tyler Kroft will also be missing from the game along with Terron Armstead.

For the Titans’ side of things, the DBs Kristian Fulton and Mike Brown will not be active for the game. Additionally, the DL Jeffery Simmons and the QB Malik Willis will not be playing this game. Not only this, The OLB’s Trevis Gipson and Caleb Murphy will be absent from the game along with the TE Josh Whyle, making matters concerning for the side.

This is going to be an interesting match-up because the last time the Titans played the Dolphins in Miami Gardens, it was dubbed the longest game in NFL history. Maybe we can expect an OT or two in this game even though thinking about an OT against the fastest offense in the league seems like a far-fetched idea.

Will we see a game that lasts ages again?

The last time these two went against each other during the regular season in Florida was on Sept. 9, 2018, the game lasted for more than 7 hours, and Mike Vrabel’s team ran out of snacks and there was a scuffle between the teams as well. Mother Nature interfered that day, but it doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen all over again.

At this point, it’s not clear as to what exactly the Titans will do with a win. The 5-9 possible record would still not make them eligible for the playoffs, though it will be an opportunity to display their skills by the end of the regular season. As for the Dolphins, after winning this game, they probably move up a notch in the playoffs seed.
