This influx of draft capital has given the Rams valuable flexibility as they carefully build their vision for next season and beyond. According to the official announcement, the Rams received the following compensatory picks:

The third-round pick (98th overall) was awarded to the Rams in exchange for the departure of former defensive coordinator Raheem Morris, who was hired as head coach of the Atlanta Falcons. With the addition of this compensatory option, the Los Angeles Rams now have 11 picks in the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft. Their complete draft order is as follows:
- Round 1: No. 19 overall
- Round 2: No. 52 overall
- Round 3: No. 83 overall
- Round 3: No. 98 overall (compensatory)
- Round 5: No. 153 overall
- Round 5: No. 154 overall (from Pittsburgh Steelers)
- Round 6: No. 195 overall
- Round 6: No. 209 overall (compensatory)
- Round 6: No. 213 overall (compensatory)
Round 6: No. 217 overall (compensatory) - Round 7: No. 254 overall (compensatory)
Out of these 11 picks, four selections are within the top 100 overall, providing the Rams with valuable flexibility and resources to address their needs through the draft.
