It’s the Baltimore Ravens clinching their eighth win of the season and our boy, Lamar Jackson, is in the action again. We all know what happened on Monday’s clash against the Los Angeles Chargers but let me ask you a thing – you’re all his fans, aren’t you? But when your teammates start rooting for you too, that’s when you know you’ve done something extraordinary. And that’s exactly what goes with the 27-year-old QB.
From receiving surprising gifts to apparently becoming the hip hop artist for the Ravens, the QB’s got more surprises up his sleeve than anyone expected. You must have seen Kendrick Lamar’s GNX album cover, right? Guess what, the SportsCenter has imposed Jackson’s face on the cover, comparing him with the rapper.
The Ravens’ wide receiver, Malik Cunningham, posted a sneak peek of the pic on his Instagram, and the QB is pretty amused by all the reactions following the team’s win. Although Jackson found it kind of funny and stated, “Dat boi say I’m Kendrick LAMAR AKA Benz is to me just a car”. Well, C’mon Jackson, those two touchdown throws pretty much set the stage for the team’s victory – of course, big shoutout to the receivers too!

The first one involved Rashod Bateman, while the second one involved Mark Andrews. Despite a heavy hit in the end zone, Bateman somehow managed to haul in the ball on a 40-yard pass from the QB with less than a minute left in the half, giving the Ravens their first touchdown. The second TD came in the fourth quarter and this time Andrews snagged it for the score on the third-and-goal.
Yeah, that’s not the only praise the Ravens’ star QB is getting from his teammates. The Ravens’ wide receiver has something special in his bucket full of surprises.

The action remained on the field post the victory, as it should be. After the 30-23 victory of the John Harbaugh’s Ravens, last season’s MVP was being interviewed on the field. And Zay Flowers crash landed amidst the ongoing interview with a surprise gift for the star QB.
“Top two and not two,” said the wide receiver while giving SC Top 10 chain to Jackson. A well-deserved gift, following his incredible show of play on Monday. And suddenly, those two TDs remind me of his captivating rivalry with the Chiefs‘ QB Patrick Mahomes. While the latter has the upper hand over Jackson in matchups, we cannot ignore what’s cooking in this season.

While the Ravens have strong hold so far with a score of 8-4, the Chiefs are sitting on the top of the table with a 10-1. Moreover, the talk of the town is that Kendrick Lamar is all set to headline the 2025 Super Bowl half time. Well, it’s early to say, but who doesn’t want to watch Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes clash? And the Ravens’ fans are surely hoping to see the former playing in the Super Bowl.
