Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens are taking a much-deserved break after becoming the no. 1 team in the AFC North. After defeating one of the best defenses in the league, the Cleveland Browns, Jackson switched it up from hanging out in the Ravens facility to hanging out with his dope buddy, Snoop Dogg. By the looks of it, the Ravens QB is making most of his time before the team goes against the LA Rams.

Uncle Snoop recently posted on Instagram and immediately got the people excited. Even the Ravens commented on the post, approving Jackson hanging out with the rapper. It looks like Unc and the Ravens QB1 are longtime friends as evident from their numerous posts on social media.

Snoop Dogg and Lamar Jackson caught up after the Ravens’ quarterback ‘Lamarvellously’ claimed his bye week. It seems like Lamar Jackson and Snoop Dogg like to slug it out the old-school way. The 52-year-old rapper, who is actually a hard-core Steelers fan posted a picture with Jackson and one could notice them coming out straight from a pool game. Snoop captioned this Instagram post, “@new_era8 💪🏾💪🏾👏🏿👑”. Maybe this is the rapper’s way of calling Lamar Jackson the king of the AFC North, and how could one not notice what looked like a dope pair of sneakers on Jackson’s feet?

Lamar Jackson also commented on the video saying, 🐐Unc”. At the same time, the Baltimore Ravens also did their fair share of supporting this familiar link-up between the two as they respond with just a 🔥emoji. This is not Doggy Dogg’s first time coming out in support of Baltimore’s QB1. He was seen rocking a  Lamar Jackson jersey in his Louisville concert on stage.

We know the Dee-O-Double-G is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers supporter and the Ravens lost to the Steelers 17-10 in the past. However, both teams are due for a re-match once again in January next year.

Snoop Dogg’s love for the Steelers

Snoop Dogg’s Steelers affair has been long, ever since Snoop Dogg was a kid. “It was fun to watch as a kid and as I got older, I fell more in love with them because I got a chance to meet the players,” mentioned Snoop in an episode of ManningCast. “I got to meet coach [Bill] Cowher and Ben Roethlisberger, you know, Jerome Bettis and the rest of the guys and you know, I became a part of Steeler Nation,” added the rapper.
