With an official word on Jason Kelce’s retirement still pending, the Philadelphia Eagles Center is in awe of Lamar Jackson. And as his brother Travis Kelce prepares to take on the Baltimore Ravens QB, for the AFC Championship. Brother Jason beware him of the clear and present danger of Jackson.

The Kansas City Chiefs won a hard-fought game against the Buffalo Bills to qualify for the championship. On the other hand, the Ravens had an easy outing against the Houston Texans. With just days between this monumental clash, Jason is quick to point out the awesomeness of Jackson.

“Obviously you guys got Baltimore up next and the Ravens look good”, said Jason to Travis on their podcast ‘New Heights’. The brothers were recapping the divisional playoff games from both conferences. And the talk about the Ravens and Lamar Jackson couldn’t be ignored.

“They look good and they have looked good this entire end of the season. This might be the hottest team in the NFL”, said Jason. And Travis did agree that the Ravens have looked good all year long.

The Ravens defeated the Texans 34-10 last week and the 27-year-old QB Jackson came out looking ferocious once again. “Lamar finished the game with 152 passing yards 100 yards rushing and four total touchdowns. He was doing it all as usual”, said Jason in his praise. However, Travis is the one who has to face him next. Will Jackson once again come out on top against the Chiefs?

Both teams have faced each other on 12 previous occasions. With the Chiefs ahead in the series 7-5. But it was Lamar Jackson who was on the winning side in their last matchup in 2021. The Ravens also were on the winning side in 2011’s wild card game, their only playoff battle yet.

However, this is the biggest occasion these two have ever stepped inside the gridiron. And records may not matter much in this monumental game. As the game-day performances are vital and in football, anything is bound to happen.
