About twelve or fifteen years ago, only a couple of channels covered big leagues like the NFL. Over time, more channels have popped up. With the NFL being so huge, every channel’s scrambling to grab the top spot for coverage. And Fox has been giving it their all. It looks like the folks at Fox aren’t shy about drawing inspiration from their competitors. Amazon’s NFL broadcast team has a fun little tradition that’s became a fan favorite: they break out a karaoke machine. And Fox’s reporter, Erin Andrews, revealed that her channel is getting a karaoke machine as well.
Erin Andrews revealed the exciting news during the ‘Calm Down‘ podcast with her friend, Charissa Thompson. “We took a cue from Thursday night football, and we got a karaoke machine,” said the former ESPN reporter. But it didn’t go as well as she had hoped, as her friend Charissa cast doubt on her singing skills. But no way was Erin going to let her friend prove her right.
he quickly asked her team members to jump in and tell Charissa just how good her singing skills are. Tagging her crew, including Kevin Burkhardt and Mike Pereira, Erin shared a clip from the Calm Down podcast and wrote, “Need some reinforcements from my @nflonfox crew plz.” And guess what? Kevin Burkhardt was fully on board to support his co-worker, Reposting the clip on his story, he wrote, “I can vouch for this @erinandrews a dancing and singing clinic!! @charissajthompson.”

Who wouldn’t want a colleague like Kevin? Anyway, when we say Fox is going all in, we mean it. They’ve brought on board former Patriots legend Tom Brady. With millions of fans, getting him on the crew is quite an exceptional move on their part.
The former QB even covered the Cowboys game on Thanksgiving alongside Erin Andrews and Kevin Burkhardt. Posting a few behind-the-scenes pictures, Kevin captioned, “Weekends at Lambeau never disappoint. Pregame laughs with @erinandrews, mid game shenanigans with @tombrady all so fun. See you all on Thanksgiving from Dallas! @nflonfox. Thanks @zohrehuomo for 🥼@toddrphoto for 📸.”
