Minnesota Vikings lost their star wide receiver to an unexpected injury that probably even Justin Jefferson didn’t see coming. Although the team ended up winning the match against the San Francisco 49ers, they had to do so without the WR in question.
This happened by the end of the 3rd quarter of the game when Jefferson was getting carried off to the sidelines. While some fans may have gotten confused regarding the reason and nature of the injury, we are here to tell you what really went down on the gridiron.
The wide receiver seemed to have gotten injured during one of the downs, intercepting the defense of the 49ers. As per reports by an NFL insider, he received an injury to his quadriceps and was “questionable to return” for the rest of the game.
