#1 for the Bears injured his throwing arm and thumb against the Vikings in the third quarter. Since then, he hasn’t been able to play for the last three games. In his place, the 23-year-old backup QB Tyson Bagent has tried his best, but he is no Fields.

The Bears reported that their highly touted QB was limited on practice day. 24-year-old Fields is registered as day-to-day. Many expect him to miss out on the clash against the Panthers this Thursday. But the offensive coordinator for the Bears does have plans if Fields decides to play through injury.
Luke Getsy, the offensive coordinator for the Bears before the important game spoke to the Chicago Sun-Times. He said, “We’re on the sideline and we’re talking, and if he’s feeling something during the game, then we’ll lean [away from] those areas as well”. Fields just might have to soldier on for this clash!
