In the Week 18 clash, the Bills defeated fellow rivals Miami Dolphins 21-14 by staging a perfect comeback. With this victory, they have also reached the top of the AFC East. The Dolphins took a 14-7 lead, and the Bills were in a precarious situation as Allen was intercepted two times in the first quarter itself, and the team was feeling the heat. He cited a great play by Deonte Harty that came at the right time and acknowledged that in “the final couple of drives, I feel like we found a groove.” He was good with the ball the whole year, but today, he realized he “got to be smarter with the ball.” After that, a reporter asked about the Dolphin’s play, “How deep did they dig second half?“

He took a moment and appreciated the Dolphins for their performances this season. He acknowledged the Dolphins excel in both offense and defense, especially with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. He swiftly admitted, “Took all three phases tonight.“ “What was the mood as you went into that locker room?”

Allan responded with a four-word message, “We are beating ourselves.” He pointed out the first-half turnovers on their side, “Those are never good.” He admired his team’s resilience and hard work that led them to find “a way to win.” The Dolphins led the whole game, but a win from behind in the last week has shocked them.

Hard Rock Stadium was preparing itself to celebrate a sure-shot victory till the third quarter, but the Bills had other plans. At the start of the fourth quarter, Deonte Henry sprinted from one end of the field to the other and scored a 96-yard touchdown that made the Bills come back into the game.
