Another season, another heartbreak for Josh Allen and the Bills. After a tough loss to the Chiefs, Allen’s dream of a Super Bowl seems further away than ever. One of the best QBs in the league, yet the elusive trophy remains just out of reach. After the season ended for Buffalo, the team held its final press conference. Somebody give Josh a break, he could barely find the words to speak after Sunday’s heartbreaking loss. But of course, he had to answer. The QB was there, and the media fired a couple of questions his way.
Two of the Buffalo Bills’ wide receivers, Amari Cooper and Mack Hollins, are set to hit free agency soon. Yes, you read that right. Five-time Pro Bowler Amari Cooper and Super Bowl LII champion Mack Hollins’ time with the Bills could be coming to an end. When asked about the two, Josh Allen said, “They’ve meant so much.” Speaking highly of his teammates, he shared, “Mack’s energy throughout the entire locker room is infectious. The way that he carries himself, he’s a competitor.” The QB also gave Amari his flowers, appreciating him for being a true football player and a true teammate.

“I’ve got nothing but love and respect for Cooper… I’m just honored to share the field with him, as well as Mack.” And before the media could bombard him with questions about contract extensions, the QB slipped in a subtle response. “Who knows what happens in the future! Again, I got nothing but love and respect for both of those guys.”
Amari joined the Bills mid-season, coming over from the Browns in a trade that raised some eyebrows. Things hadn’t clicked for him with Deshaun Watson, so Cleveland decided to move on. Buffalo swooped in, hoping his veteran experience could give their offense a boost. Cooper wrapped up the 2024 season with a solid contribution, hauling in 44 catches for 547 yards and four touchdowns.
Hollins has been bouncing around teams since the start of his NFL journey. Where will he be headed next? We’ll see.

Josh Allen’s Heartfelt Message to Teammates and Fans
The Bills Mafia will wish that Sunday night never came. The atmosphere at Arrowhead was hotter than the sun on Sunday. The Chiefs fandom was not happy with how their team was treated at Highmark earlier this season. And they got their revenge. The mafia had to head back home with their heads down. “Bills Mafia is the best fan base in the world, even through all the hurt and disappointment they’ve had to endure for the entirety of the Buffalo Bills’ existence,” said Josh Allen.
Offering a glimmer of hope for fans, the 28-year-old continued, “We’re going to continue turning every stone, crossing the t’s, dotting the i’s, and doing whatever we can to try and bring a Lombardi back to Western New York.” But the Chiefs QB’s wife, Brittany, wasn’t going to let them go without a lesson. When the Chiefs visited the Bills’ home ground earlier this season, some fans went too far, hanging a Kermit the Frog puppet wearing a No. 15 jersey outside the stadium. People often poke fun at Patrick Mahomes’ voice and curly hair. So, Brittany, after the win, took to Instagram to school those fans.
Sharing that Kermit Frog picture on her IG story, Brittany captioned, “Do we remember this Buffalo? Absolutely disgusting…So as you go home tonight, I pray we become better people.” Well, the mafiosos got their lesson. KC got their revenge. But for Josh Allen, all that’s left is sadness. “The pride that I have in this team, in this locker room, and these players, it’s a special group, and I’m just sad that we couldn’t get it done,” said the QB.
