I don’t want to envision a world that is playing without Ja’Marr Chase.” Joe Burrow has been dealing with a lot nowadays! After battling his wrist injury, the Cincinnati Bengals’s quarterback has been fighting for his favorite targets – Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. Although he clearly stated to his team what he wanted for Chase, Burrow now sends a crystal clear message to Cincy for another star WR, Higgins.

During a recent press conference, via sports writer Patrick Carey on X, Joe Burrow is “putting pressure on the front office to retain Tee Higgins. (Higgins) is incredibly important, especially with how he operates.” So, when the reporters asked him what if the franchise could get back the WR in the team, the quarterback replied, “I’d be very disappointed….Tee is a need, yes.

Joe Burrow clearly stated that the Bengals need Tee Higgins. He further added that “It’s not even just his production, it’s his presence,” and that’s why “he’s very important.” Both Burrow and Higgins have played five seasons together. It’s true that Higgins has been dealing with injuries this season, and that the next offseason he will become a free agent. But his ability to perform shines, such as in this season the wide receiver has been successful in achieving 5 receiving TDs and averaging 79.7 yards per game. Hence, being a standout player, and a close friend of Joe Burrow, Tee Higgins is considered as the one who will be re-signed by the Bengals soon. At least that’s what his fans, analysts, teammates, and mom are hoping.

Joe Burrow too will be fighting for Higgins. However, his battle doesn’t end here. Off-field, Burrow felt “violated” after his home was burglarized.

In addition to that, when Joe Burrow was asked how painful it is to see his personal information being out, the quarterback said, “It’s part of it….we live a public life, and you know, one of my least favorite parts of that is the lack of privacy, and that has been difficult for me to deal with my entire career, still learning, but I understand it’s the life that we choose doesn’t make it any easier to deal with.”

Well, Joe Burrow really hopes to find answers to his every on and off-field problem by the end of this year!
