A 3-acre property and 7,300-square-foot mansion itself tells of Joe Burrow’s rich roll-in life. Last year, the Cincinnati Bengals star quarterback signed a monster five-year, $275 million deal. This contract made him one of the highest-paid players in NFL history, and till now he is tied with the highest-paid quarterbacks in the league (with Trevor Lawrence, and Jordan Love) with an average annual salary of $55 million. And it seems he has been putting his NFL money into achieving his luxurious dreams–one being his huge mansion!

Last summer, Joe Burrow bought a mansion on sale by Realtor.com. Interestingly, according to the auditor’s website, this home in the suburb of Anderson Township was priced at $7.5 million, making Burrow’s purchase the most expensive home sale in Hamilton County last year. But what makes this home so special and luxurious? According to journalist Steve Norris, “The 7, 370 sq ft, 5 bd rm, 5-1/2 bath house sits down a gated lane in Riverview Estates at Coldstream in Anderson Twp.”

This stunning property is actually built up at a horse ranch and so, the entire space is wide open and environment friendly. The house has five bedrooms, almost six baths, and 12 rooms in total, and was built in 2016. It’s surrounded by beautiful views of the Ohio River, green fields, trees, and even has a pond. And as per reports, Burrow plans to add a pool house too for more privacy. But wait! There’s a nice bonus too! His Bengals teammate, Joe Mixon, is his neighbor.

Besides it, interestingly, Burrow’s property tax for 2024 dropped to around $56,294. It was a significant decrease from the previous owner’s $70,679. This happened likely due to changes in property valuations, despite property tax increased for most of the area’s residents.

Nevertheless, Burrow is living in his well-lit dream house with his parents, while also spending money on other luxurious belongings!
