The Los Angeles Chargers just won their last game of the season with an impressive 34-20 victory. They beat their divisional foes, the Las Vegas Raiders, to secure their eleventh win of the season. As Jim Harbaugh‘s team celebrated on their rivals’ home turf, he might have expected his daughter to be cheering for him in the stands. But that wasn’t the case.
It was a busy Sunday. As Jim Harbaugh made game-winning strategies for the Bolts, his son’s team took down the Rams in their final game. Jay Harbaugh, who serves as the special teams coordinator for the Seahawks, celebrated his team’s last win against the Rams’. Hence, Sunday Night Football turned into a family affair for Grace Harbaugh, and she chose her brother over her father.
A Michigan alum, Grace, was all in enjoying the final week before the postseason. She decided to head to California to support her brother, Jay Harbaugh. It makes sense; it was the last game of the season for the Seahawks, a franchise worth $5.45 billion, as per Statista. As for the Chargers, they’re heading straight into the playoffs. So Grace will have plenty of plenty of time to root for her dad when the postseason starts. Grace, who’s also a polo player, showed her love for her brother by posting a story on Instagram from SoFi Stadium, captioned, “go @jayharbaugh!! (heart emojis).”

Jay has both NFL and college football experience on his resume. The 35-year-old has had the chance to learn from Mike Riley and his uncle, John Harbaugh. He worked under John Harbaugh with the Ravens when they won Super Bowl XLVII. The Oregon State alum made his debut with the Seahawks this year. Before that, he served as the interim head coach of the Michigan Wolverines.
The season might not have gone as per his expectations, but it wasn’t a bad start. On the flip side, Jim Harbaugh’s debut season with the Chargers is going quite well. Trailing the Chiefs in the AFC West, the Chargers are the only team besides Andy Reid’s Chiefs from the division to make it to the postseason. While we might expect Jim’s daughter at the stands for the Chargers’ postseason game, she was spotted with company at Seattle’s game.

Jim Harbaugh’s daughter enjoyed the Seahawks’ last game with a friend
Grace Harbaugh was in the stands, cheering on her brother’s team with a friend from Michigan. She reposted a picture on her Instagram story after the win, featuring a friend from her university. Grace, along with her friend, was all smiles after her brother Jay’s team finished off on a winning note.
The Seahawks beat their divisional foes, the Rams, 30-25. Once leading the division, Geno Smith’s team had to let go of their postseason hopes after losing to the Packers in Week 15. After that loss, they dropped two more games, getting stuck at 9 wins. The Los Angeles Rams eventually made their way to the top of the NFC West and into the postseason. And even after putting ten wins in the win column, they fell short. Well, at least they ended the season with a win.

It was the last game, and Seahawks QB Geno Smith decided to make the most of it. The 34-year-old scored four TDs while racking up 223 yards. The Rams were without their QB1, Matthew Stafford. Jimmy Garoppolo stepped in as the starting QB for the last game. Scoring two TDs, he fell short against the star of the night, Geno Smith.
