The league is in its final stretch. With only 2 spots left in the AFC division, Jim Harbaugh‘s Chargers have a 94 percent chance to make it to the playoffs. And right now, their only challenge seems to be the weather in Massachusetts. And the Chargers HC has a clear message before their game against the Patriots.

When asked whether his team was prepared for cold weather and a potentially rainy game, Harbaugh replied, Most of us have played in those kinds of games you know or grew up in that kind of weather.” Don’t know about the games, but yeah, most of us have warm coats on in -2 degrees temperature. Expressing optimism in his team, the Chargers’ HC said, “These guys are young they’re healthy and their heart pumps warm blood pumps it from the arteries to the veins to the tributaries to the capillaries, you know throughout the ball.” added Harbaugh.

Honestly, the Chargers better stay warm and focused during the game because the AFC division is getting crowded. While their chances of making it to the playoffs are 99 percent if they secure this win, you never know how crazy things can get in the NFL. We’ve got the Chargers and the Broncos—two teams, two tickets. (Pretty much sorted, right?) But it’s the wins that will punch their tickets; no wins, and you’ll end up right where you started.

However, ahead of the big challenge, Jim Harbaugh’s team has a piece of good news as their key player is back.

Jim Harbaugh is happy to have Cam Hart back

Can Jim Harbaugh's Chargers handle the cold and secure their playoff spot against the Patriots?

Have an interesting take?

This season, almost every team has dealt with a handful of injuries. It has caused quite a bit of trouble for everyone. The Chargers too dealt with many key players sitting out of the gridiron because of injuries. Most of the backups on Jim Harbaugh’s team are out following injuries. The team’s RB4, Gus Edwards, has been ruled out. You might say it doesn’t matter since you have the starting RB, but you always need backups. There is good news for the team, as cornerback Cam Hart returns after missing a game in Week 16 against the Broncos. The rookie suffered a concussion in Week 15 against the Bucs. It’s good had a good bounce in his step great to have him,” said Harbaugh.

Chargers backup RB J.K. Dobbins was also dealing with a knee injury. As his status remains questionable, Harbaugh said, “He looked good, had a good week of practice and we will make a final determination tomorrow.” TE Will Dissly‘s playing status also remains questionable, despite full practice. The team’s punter, J.K. Scott, who was sick, seems to have recovered and is ready to grace the gridiron now.

The team almost has all its starting players; it’s only the backups that are dealing with injuries. So, we think the Chargers are good to go against the Patriots. For Drake Maye and Co., it’s just another regular game. This season, with a 3-12 record, they have been disappointing. It won’t matter much to them whether they win or lose. But for the Chargers, it could be the deciding game. So buckle up for another ‘let’s see if they can make it to the playoffs‘ game.
