The couple’s eldest son, John Stephen Jones, was born on June 21, 1964. Being the eldest, he was often caught doing pranks. Stephen Jones played as a quarterback for his school team. His father, Jerry Jones, wanted him to pursue football.
One day, Stephen Jones organized a pool party for his friends. But Jerry Jones found out. He got angry with his son and told him to find a job at the local Wendy’s. With no other option, he went outside and found a job, but his father later told him to sit back and focus on football. Over the years, the bond between the father-son has grown into multiple teams. So, when Jerry Jones needed support from his eldest son in 1989, Stephen Jones came. And he has transformed the franchise. Other than the NFL, Stephen Jones has been involved in various sports with different responsibilities.
On September 27, 1969, Jerry Jones and his wife welcomed their 2nd son, Jerry Jones Jr. The youngest child of the family was more interested in law. He completed his law degree in 1995 and went on to make his own identity. After working for some years, Jerry Jr. came back. Homecoming! Now, Jerry Jones Jr. Looks after the sales and marketing departments for the Cowboys.
While both sons look after the Cowboys, their sister isn’t far behind.

Charlotte Jones, the only daughter of Jerry Jones and Eugenia Jones, was born on July 26, 1966. During her school years, the responsible parents were always present in any show required. After growing up, she realized how important building a bond between the parents and child was and said, “My mom and dad stressed the importance of family. It was family first. At dance recitals and school events, my parents were always there. They gave us the gift of their presence.”

When she went to Stanford to study, Jerry opened an office in California. Eugenia often lived there with their daughter. So, when Jerry Jones asked her to help with the franchise matters, she couldn’t say no. Her father always liked her fighting spirit.
