“One day you guys gonna hear my name everywhere” Manifestations from 2014 to reality. The NFL postseason featured the best players competing at their peak, so let’s dive deep into the name that’s become ubiquitous the WC Rookie Jayden Daniels. He has been on a roll, impressing everyone with his first-year NFL performance as he threw for 3,568 yards, 25 touchdowns, and rushed for 891 yards. Could it just be the debut of the century? Imagine the speed of Flash paired with a young player’s (Robin’s) fearless approach. That’s Daniels for you. Can already sniff the greatness that he beholds in the future. But who does he consider his “GOAT”?
It’s the one and only, Lamar Jackson. The Eraser’s 2024 season was astounding, he put up remarkable numbers that will forever echo through the gridiron. With his 41 touchdown passes and 915 rushing yards, Jackson proved once more why he is a dual-threat quarterback. Despite the Ravens’ season-ending, the debate over the greatest NFL player is still active thanks to Daniels’ opinion. With JD’s rushing games possessing a glimmer of Jackson, one might wonder if the synapses of talent are a coincidence or if a connection is lurking. Through a comment, Daniels openly confirmed that Lamar is his “🐐“,

Now despite the GOAT’s playoff aspirations coming to an end because he lost to Josh Allen’s Buffalo Bills in a nail-biting match 27-25. Post losing the AFC Divisional Round he went on a rant saying “Like I’ve been saying all season, every time we’re in a situation like this. Turnovers play a factor. Penalties play a factor. Tonight, the turnovers. You can’t have that s—. That’s why we lost the game. Because as you can see, we’re moving the ball wonderfully — hold onto the f—–g ball. I’m sorry for my language but this s—’s annoying. I’m tired of this s—,” he exclaimed with a broken heart.
Yet the GOAT still had beautiful things to say for The Washington Commanders rookie. Post the Week 6 game “No, I believe [Daniels] deserves all the hype he’s getting,” Jackson solidified it, via Pro Football Talk. “He played a tremendous game out there. They just came up short. He’s been proving it. His rookie season, first six games he’s been playing amazing.” Even the rookie chimed in his humor to say that if fans aren’t watching Lamar, they should stop doing whatever they’re doing. JD looks at Jackson as more than just an opponent the adoration that he holds for him is unfathomable and it’s to be noted during their plays, as Daniels seems to be walking in the shadow of his GOAT. It’s truly beautiful. Also, Daniels, a man of faith like Lamar, credits his success to divinity. “God is the greatest” and now with all the GOAT talks, the forthcoming clash for the ages is on the brink. Let’s see who sinks.
Josh Allen vs. Patrick Mahomes: A clash for the ages
As Jayden Daniels and his Commanders gear up for their NFC Championship duel, the AFC stage is set for yet another iconic GOAT Fest. The football world watches Josh Allen face Patrick Mahomes. These two-star quarterbacks are a sight to exclaim at. Mahomes wins games for the Chiefs each time he throws like Houdini. Allen? He leads Buffalo with both his arms and legs while carrying the entire team on his back. Each having won 4 games against the other, it’s the battle of the Goats, while equality prevails.
The numbers don’t lie. This season Allen has shown his running ability by gaining 531 rushing yards, 3,731 passing yards, and scoring rushing 12 touchdowns which demonstrates his dual-threat skill set. According to NFL analyst Brian Letscher, Mahomes delivers like a wizard who forgot he’s playing football, he just excels at it to infinity and beyond, Their playoff history is truly quite captivating. The Buffalo Bills know their grind, as Mahomes has defeated them quite a few times before. While Allen promises to rewrite history in this AFC Championship game, in regular matchups Allen leads with 4-1, while in post-season encounters Mahomes leads 3-0. It’s an ear-to-ear competition.

They might be rivals yet Mahomes and Allen show public admiration for each other. After losing to the Chiefs in December 2023, Mahomes confidently said “We’ll do it again, baby” during their post-game handshake. Allen had a smile imprinted on his face. We guess they were meant to meet again, a match made in heaven.

The tools Josh Allen brings will let him beat the Chiefs. His secret weapon? Rushing dominance. So back in November 2024 when Buffalo met Kansas City, the Bills’ offense demolished the Chiefs’ defense thanks to Josh Allen, who had 12 rushes for 55 yards, and 1 TD in their 30-21 win. Josh Allen truly is undefeated against gravity and the Chiefs (sometimes). But Mahomes is a man on a mission, too. You can’t win on legacy alone. “You’ve got to earn every yard, every touchdown, every ring.” With the Chiefs eyeing a historic third consecutive Super Bowl, Mahomes knows he’s not just playing for Kansas City—he’s playing for history, the three-peat and possibly the MVP.
So Jackson is being recognized for what he is, The GOAT, and it’s Mahomes V Allen, The MVP-OFF. Whatever happens, it’ll be engraved in the hearts of everyone witnessing the event. The upcoming colossal event will do more than just produce winning scores. It’ll be the match that inspires youngsters to dream, and, as JD might say “I made the choices that I hoped would lead me here before I knew it was written. That’s called faith.”
