Jason Kelce retired, and the state of Philly went on an emotional roller coaster. His retirement speech was so touching that some fans decided to get tattooed, while others went on social media and poured excessive amounts of love to support one of the greatest centers in the sport of football. This has undoubtedly affected his wife, Kylie Kelce, as well.

Kylie Kelce was interviewed by NBC Sports Philadelphia and her reaction to her husband’s retirement is nothing short of touching. She knows that her husband has a huge fan following and that 92 percenters are loyal, so sometimes she has to deal with what comes with being Jason Kelce’s wife. This time though, she refrained from social media knowing that it would only make her more emotional.

Jason Kelce’s retirement brings positive “excessive” love for the Kelce clan, per Kylie

In the NBC Sports Philadelphia interview, Kylie Kelce shared that her husband’s personality has gained him a lot of fans over the years, and the outpour of love has been overwhelming to her. She mentioned how the amount of love and support that people gave them has been “excessive,” but not in a negative sense.

Kylie also mentioned how she hasn’t been on social media for the past day, just because it would make her emotional and she might end up crying. She added how the fans who listen to Jason Kelce’s podcast make everything “overwhelming in a positive way.”

“I have not been on social media very much over the last 24 hours for that exact reason, mostly because I don’t want my mascara to run anymore. And anytime something happens, it sets me off. So, but it’s I mean, that’s Philly,” said Kylie Kelce in the NBC interview.

Since Jason Kelce has a lot of free time on his hands now, he might try to find other ways to keep himself occupied.

Some time ago, Kelce was seen taking a tour of a couple of facilities like FOX, Amazon, and a couple of others to possibly kickstart his broadcasting career as well. People will see Jason Kelce alas, just not in the manner they expected, and certainly not on a football field.
