The seven-time Pro Bowler may have undoubtedly impacted his team and the fans with his on-ground presence, but his personality has undoubtedly left an indelible mark. They’re just great,” Mike Monichetti offers CBC News.
According to reports, Jason Kelce and his wife were regular customers at the restaurant, winning over the people. Thus, when the center’s retirement rumors came along, Monichetti, a long-time fan, rose to write a plea.
“Kelce don’t retire. We love you,” the board placed on the restaurant’s window read. Monichetti revealed that he put up the sign in hopes of Jason Kelce reconsidering his decision. He wished someone would pass on the message and let the 36-year-old know that he was loved. “As Jason is, he deserves it,” Mike iterates.
