The Kansas City Chiefs are on a six-game winning streak against their divisional rivals, the Las Vegas Raiders. On Christmas Day, the Raiders will fly to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs for the second time in thirty days. The last time, the Raiders were beaten 17-31. However, now it seems that they have cracked to code as to how to defeat the Chiefs.
Will this trick work on Monday, when the 6-8 Raiders take on the 9-5 Chiefs? Losing this game will not knock the Chiefs off their playoff push, but a victory could mean that the Raiders have a greater chance of avoiding a losing season.

Jones is a new addition to the Raiders, who joined them in November when he was waived off by the New England Patriots. He said that he already feels much more at home in his team than he did with the Pats. The reason? “I know the playbook a lot better, and I know a lot more people around the building.” But he isn’t going to get complacent and said that he will continue to evolve and get better.
However, the confidence with which he laid out his strategy reveals some disturbing facts about the Chiefs’ current state.

Mahomes and Co have been stuck in a rut lately. They have lost four of their last seven games and have begun to show signs of a lack of innovation in their offensive schemes, which has made them very predictable. Also, the overreliance on Mahomes means that they are just one injury away from the apocalypse.
The 2x Super Bowl Champion has recorded 3,703 passing yards, 25 touchdowns, and a career-high 13 interceptions. At the team level, they are averaging 22.8 points per game. This is a record for Mahomes because the Chiefs have never scored so poorly on this metric since he took over as QB.
