The Las Vegas Raiders are one of the worst-performing teams in the league this season. But it was the last game against the Lions that changed everything for the team. We saw Davante Adams throw his helmet and later on, Josh Jacobs came out with his own statement, which did not give a good impression. Now, the roof is falling on the HC Josh McDaniels.

Game-changing news has come from the Raiders’ corner of the NFL, and things are not looking good for both the team and the HC. Recent tweets from Dov Kleiman and James Palmer give more insight into the Raiders’ situation. McDaniels is a part of the change, but not in a good way.

The changes are official now. The Raiders have fired Josh McDaniels. Not only that, they also fired the GM, Dave Ziegler. For now, the LB coach Antonio Pierce will act as a temporary head coach for the Las Vegas Raiders.

Antonio Pierce was a notable figure during the time he played for the New York Giants and has become a Pro-Brawl Linebacker. Hopefully, these changes work out for the Raiders as intended. The team has struggled to make it past 20 points in any of their games except against the Patriots. Despite this, the Raiders don’t seem to see much progress. Also, some of their players are not happy with what is going on.

Davante Adams and Josh Jacobs didn’t hesitate to speak their minds after the loss against the Detroit Lions.

Davante Adams has been in the news a lot lately. Some time ago, the NFL pundits and the fans raised a contention that the veteran is wasting his career with the Raiders and that he should be getting better opportunities. Also, there was some talk about him getting traded, but that didn’t come to fruition as of now because the trade deadline is already closed.

The thing is, Adams joined the Raiders hoping to play with his friend Derek Carr. However, the Raiders released Carr, and since then, things have been a bit unsettling for Davante Adams. Apparently, Jimmy Garoppolo cannot keep up with the wide receiver, and it is tainting his career, as he is not getting the numbers he is capable of. Also, Josh Jacobs was asked to suggest changes to the O-Line. He responded by saying, “That ain’t my job.”

These ongoing problems will be a big liability for the team in the future, and the Raiders might have made the best decision possible to save their franchise.
